Tonight at about 6:25 PM, State Police responded to the area of Chickatawbut Road in Milton for a report of a man naked inside his vehicle and masturbating at “the overlook”.
Upon arrival a Trooper observed a white Nissan Pathfinder. The Trooper exited his cruiser and observed a man in the driver’s seat of the pathfinder who was completely naked. The Trooper also observed the man’s penis to be erect with a shiny lubricant.
The male has been identified as Walter Pimentel, 55, from Randolph. He was arrested and has been charged with Indecent exposure, Open and gross lewdness, subsequent offense, Lewd and lascivious conduct, OUI liquor 5th offense, Open container, alcohol, Operating with a suspended license for OUI and Operating with a revoked license as a Habitual Traffic Offender.
