September 19, 2019 Conley again contacted the UC to sell him a firearm. The UC met Conley and a second individual identified as Dalton Davis. The UC drove with Conley and Davis to 98 Glendale Street in Worcester. Davis entered the residence and returned a short time later with a shotgun. The UC paid Conley for the shotgun.
October 8, 2019 Conley again contacted the UC and told the UC he had two shotguns for sale. The UC met with Conley and again Davis was with him. The three drove to 98 Glendale Street in Worcester. Davis entered the residence and texted Conley that there was only one shotgun. The UC, Conley and Davis renegotiated the terms of the deal and then a short time later Davis exited the residence with the firearm.
