As the result of a continuing investigation led by the FBI Boston Field Division and the FBI North Shore Gang Task Force, in December 2019, a federal grand jury returned an indictment alleging racketeering conspiracy, drug conspiracy and firearms charges against 62 leaders, members and associates of the Latin Kings.
On Wednesday at the US District Court in Boston, Jesus Diaz, a/k/a “King Kiko,” 37, a known member of the Massachusetts Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine base.
During this continuing investigation, between January and March of 2015, Diaz sold over 70 grams of cocaine base to a cooperating witness.
Of the 62 leaders, members and associates of the Latin Kings indicted in this continuing investigation, 24 individuals including Diaz have pleaded guilty.
